Who We Are

Workforce Solutions (WS) is a training and placement centre, established in 2000, which act as a catch-net for unemployed youth and adults.

What We Believe

WS believe all people have a right to work. This includes any person who can read and write,
and who wants to work. With that right comes a responsibility to upskill oneself, coupled
with respect for the employer’s rights. With this approach students from WS have become sought-after over the past years, as employers increasingly identify with the importance of a positive and constructive approach by employees to the workplace.
Most youth entering the formal economy after school, have no strong life skills basis. The
rights and responsibilities of both the employer and the employee, is often misunderstood. Many school-leavers are therefore not prepared for the challenges faced in the workplace, and often contracts are not renewed, or they fail their probation period. Financial management, or a budget, is also a vital skill, which is included in their training.
